Family-friendly hotel

I highly recommend the facility. Whatever the weather, there is something to do in the hotel grounds. We used the tennis courts and swimming pools several times. The bowling alley, billiards are available at an extra cost. They have comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. I was also happy with the beauty services. A restaurant of a decent standard. The staff try to meet sanitary requirements with the current restrictions, which is a difficult task with high occupancy.

The facility is away from the centre, great for families with children. The rooms are renovated and very pleasant. Spa and swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor (the latter at an extra cost). Very good breakfast. Free wifi. The restaurant is also very good. For all this, the price is really decent.

I highly recommend the Villa Verde complex. I have already used the pool, restaurant, SPA and training rooms. Service at the highest level. My husband and I ordered a takeaway pizza yesterday. It was delicious. I recommend it!

A pleasant hotel to stay for a while. Or if you like spa treatments, you can settle there... 😉 With my daughter we stayed for 3 days as a starting point to explore the area. However, the biggest attraction for our 4 year old was the swimming pool so she spent most of her time there. Nice food, great service. We would love to visit this place again.

A wonderful place, especially for families with children. In addition to outdoor and indoor swimming pools, the facility offers many attractions ranging from a jungle gym in a spacious room to a bowling alley. There is activity organising from Monday to Friday. Everything is neat, the staff is nice, the owner is always smiling. Hand disinfectant liquid is everywhere you go. The cuisine is very good. On Saturday there is a barbecue in a large barbecue hut. Of course, do not forget that the hotel has its own craft bar and you can buy delicious beer from the Jan Brewery. The building also hosts special events, which does not in any way disturb the guests. A great starting point for those wishing to follow the Trail of the Eagle's Nests. An extra plus is full information on all attractions on the mentioned Trail including the distance from the Hotel, or visiting hours. It is worth recommending this place.

The hotel has a very nice offer for families with children. The rooms are large and very functionally furnished. The bathrooms are also smartly decorated. The offer includes buffet meals twice a day, i.e. breakfast and dinner. A good selection of different things, all made with fresh ingredients and on the spot. Large selection of drinks with meals because there is coffee (various variants), tea (also various types), juices (several to choose from), water with lemon. The dishes are seasoned so that children and adults alike are satisfied. Very cool and creative activity organisation for children of different ages and different places. Great activity organisers who can take care of your kids for 6 hours in 3 parts of the day from Monday to Friday. The hotel's playroom is quite well equipped and the outdoor play area with a merry-go-round is perhaps not impressive but sufficient. In the summer season, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are available to guests. The outdoor one is unfortunately open to the public but free for guests. The hotel itself has a bowling alley and billiards table, as well as arcade machines in the playroom and bowling alley. Nearby there is also a very nice Railway Park which is worth visiting with children. The service at the hotel is top notch and very friendly which translates to the atmosphere at the hotel. The kids didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back for another stay as it's a good holiday.

Abundant breakfast, delicious scrambled eggs and pancakes. Large room. The indoor and outdoor pools are great. Children's playground and rock climbing area. The only thing missing was benches. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Great atmosphere, super professional and friendly staff, tasty food, delicious pizza, very nice swimming pool, we often go there with our daughter and she is very happy.

A great hotel for families. Everyone will find something for themselves. Practically you do not have to leave the resort. Daily entertainment occupy practically every free moment. I will definitely return there. Very good food.

I found my stay at the hotel again to be very successful. Despite the restrictions, i.e. the closed bowling alley, saunas and playground, there was plenty to do. The meals were very tasty, delivered punctually to the room, very friendly and helpful reception, super swimming pool. Superb ski slope with a pontoon run. I would like to praise Mrs Monika who teaches skiing. Her attitude to children is great. After only two lessons my son was already skiing. We are very grateful. I recommend this place.
